Momina Teli ships to 220 countries worldwide. You can check your country in the list of available countries in the checkout section.

For pieces that are made to order, the delivery time on each product varies. To check the delivery timeline of any specific outfit, please visit the product page for that outfit on our website. If you have any specific queries with regard to order delivery time, please contact our team on WhatsApp at +92 300 0800699. Once your order is confirmed, your product will be delivered within that time.

Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online and will not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay. Please note payment of taxes and custom duties on international orders will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees (If any) will be collected at the time of order delivery.

We offer free delivery on all orders nationwide in Pakistan

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Momina Teli, to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

A signature requirement can be waived for packages delivered by (Fed Ex and Blue Ex), however, you will still be required to sign for all international orders.

We have a strict “No Exchange/ No Refund” policy. We will only entertain a request for an exchange if the product(s) received has a manufacturing defect or any damage. To be eligible for an exchange, please reach out to us at mominateli@siardigital.com or call us at +92 300 0800699 within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please note any order with customizations in size, fabric or anything else will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Please consider all discounted sales final. We do not accept any return or exchange on sale items.
